Increase Conversion with Jivo Chat

We are an online marketing company helping clients connect with clients since 2008. We have had the honor to work with clients from different industries, from law firms, doctors, small and mid-size businesses. Our number one goal has always been –  to see our customers succeed. To do so, our job is to stay up to date with the latest in trending applications that add value, helps our customers stay competitive in the market and ahead of the competition.

As online marketers, we are constantly looking for ways to increase ROI for our clients.

We first engaged Jivo Chat about a year ago. We came across Jivo Chat, a live chat software for websites that will proactively engage with visitors on a website automatically, and we have been using their software ever since. It did not take much to convince us that this was one the best ways to increase leads for our clients.We started a Tree-Tear filter for online traffic to our customer websites. This Tree-Tear filter included (1) targeted campaigns based on specific long tail keywords, (2) set up specific landing pages for each long tail keyword campaign, (3) and finally our Live chat agents.

This filter would help us get hot leads. We set up a room for Live Chat agents, where they would proactively engage users as they visited our customers’ sites from Pay Per Click campaigns, Facebook Ad campaigns, Banner ads etc. that ran during the day. One of the features that we live is that Mobile version, even though our Live Chat agents would step away from their computer or laptop, they could still answer to inquiries from potential clients visiting our clients’ websites.

There are many features we love about Jivo, but one of the most useful to us was the auto-generated responses and the fact that we could see what the customer was typing on their side before they clicked the send button. It would help us prepare our response ahead of time – allowing us to provide a much better experience to potential clients.

The Jivo Chat team is very helpful, well you can just chat with them at any time. Some of the added value items we have found helpful are:

They are constantly adding awesome features like being able to take chats from Facebook straight onto your Jivo Chat application. A while back we provided a quick request for User Experience. This was to be able to copy and paste a chat log on a mobile phone / Jivo Chat app. It did not take long. That feature has already been implemented and we love it.
